Apprenticeship Program
What do the Sea and Your Career Prospects Have in Common? An Endless Horizon.
Our apprenticeship program (Ausbildung) offers you a hands-on way to learn your profession while gaining valuable work experience from day one. You’ll receive guidance from mentors, take on your first assignments early, and even have the chance to visit our international offices in Esbjerg and Newcastle. You’ll shape the energy transition and develop a deep understanding of the geology and biology of the Seas. Whether at sea or on land, you’ll become a respected expert in a growing industry, with long-term job prospects and outstanding career opportunities.
Offshore Apprenticeships
Launch your maritime career at O.S. Energy with an offshore apprenticeship program. Train as a Ship Mechanic, Captain, or in roles like TOA (Technical Operations Assistant) and NOA (Navigation Operations Assistant) in one of our flag states. Gain hands-on experience early on and prepare for a successful career at sea.
Onshore Apprenticeships
Rather stay on land? Train as a Shipping Merchant (Schifffahrtskaufmann w/m/d) in our headquarters in Glückstadt, Germany. This apprenticeship combines theory and practice, enabling you to master any challenge you’ll meet in your offshore industry.
